1. Our Sovereign Principle: Care, Not Surveillance
Zentoja does not sell user data, license telemetry to third-party ad networks, or run covert tracking scripts. We collect only what is strictly necessary to deliver family check-ins and emergency alerts.
2. Data We Process on Our Website
When you submit a project enquiry or waitlist form on zentoja.com, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, and project notes. This information is used exclusively to contact you regarding your explicit request.
3. Family Safety Product Data
In our upcoming Zentoja Family Safety app:
- Location broadcasting is strictly disabled by default for adult members.
- A member must explicitly tap to activate location sharing, and can terminate it at any second.
- Emergency medical data is unlocked strictly during an active, confirmed SOS emergency incident.
4. Data Deletion & Grievance Officer
You may request complete erasure of your contact details or waitlist record at any time by emailing us at zentojatechnologies@gmail.com. We respond to verified deletion requests within 7 business days.
